ICOYC 2024

The 10th ICOYC European & South American Conference 16-18 May 2024.

Welcome

We welcome you to three days filled with inspiration, exchange of knowledge and activities. We will be in Saltsjöbaden where we have our staff office, the base for our training activities and a large harbor facility for our members and guests. ​

During your visit here we will present an exciting conference program including trips in the local area, enjoyable meals together, inspiring speakers and more. ​​

We would love for you to bring a partner to the conference. For partners we will have a special partners program to make sure everybody has a memorable stay in Stockholm. ​

The conference will be held between Thursday 16 May (from lunch) to Saturday 18 May (closing dinner). ​On Sunday, 19 May, we will have an optional activity to go by boat through the beautiful archipelago.

Venue

The Royal Swedish Yacht Club (KSSS) was established in 1830 in central Stockholm. The venue for the conference will be in ​Saltsjöbaden where KSSS has its headquarter since 1990.​ Grand Hotel Saltsjöbaden (GHS) is a beautiful landmark in the area that was built in 1893. The main parts of the conference will be held at GHS and it is also a short 300 meter walk from the Hotel Vår Gård and KSSS club facilities.​

Transport

You can easily get to Stockholm by train within Europe or by flight from the rest of the world. Saltsjöbaden is about 30 minutes by car or 40 minutes by bus from central Stockholm (1 hour from the airport).
