Accommodation during your stay

There are two nice hotels directly adjacent to the conference: Grand Hotell Saltsjöbaden and Vår Gård. During the conference, several large events are taking place in the Stockholm area, which unfortunately means that there is a great shortage of hotel rooms in the area, especially double rooms. Therefore, we urge you as a delegate to follow our instructions below and book your accommodation as soon as possible.

Single rooms

Unfortunately, you will have to make two different bookings, one at Grand Hotel Saltsjöbaden for the period 15-18 May or 16-18 May (depending when you arrive) and another at Vår Gård for the period 18-19 or 18-20 (depending on when you leave).

Double rooms

We have booked approx. 20 double rooms at Grand Hotell Saltsjöbaden during the entire period 15-20^th May. We need these for those who really need double rooms.

We are also in dialog with Grand Hotel to save any rooms that are cancelled by other guests, so that they are immediately allocated to ICOYC participants (singles and doubles), so our hope is to increase the number of rooms over time, but no guarantee.

 

Hotels in the City of Stockholm

Given a relatively short drive to the city of Stockholm (20-25 minutes), there are many nice hotels in the city, albeit high demand. The easiest is to book via bookings sites such as hotels.com or bookings.com.
